You need to be over 18, in good general health and at a stable weight. Not everyone who asks is a suitable candidate, and we will tell you straight if you are not.
Cost
The package price for arm lift surgery starts from £2,950, which includes the initial consultation, surgery and follow-up after surgery. The price you are quoted at consultation is the price you pay.
What happens
It starts with a free video call with the surgeon, not a form-filling appointment with a consultant who does not operate.
A video call with Dr Ouali. He looks at your arms, explains whether you need liposuction, skin removal or both, covers the risks, and gives you your price.
Nothing is booked on the call. If you go ahead, a 50% deposit holds your date, or you can pay in full. Face-to-face beforehand can be arranged, and is charged separately.
Two to three hours under local anaesthetic. Vaser liposuction through small incisions near the armpit and elbow, then loose skin removed along the inner arm. Each arm is treated individually.
Gentle movement from the first day, a compression garment for up to eight weeks, a nurse check at one week and a surgeon review at six weeks.

Yes. Arm lift scars are expected, and they are placed on the inner arm to be as discreet as possible. They generally fade over time with proper aftercare.
Most people return to light activities within one to two weeks. Full recovery, including going back to exercise, can take six to eight weeks depending on how you heal. Bathing is usually fine after three days.
Results can be long lasting, especially if you keep to a healthy lifestyle. Natural ageing will still affect the skin over time.
