Cost
The package price for earlobe repair and reduction starts from £475, which includes the surgery and follow-up after surgery. The price you are quoted at consultation is the price you pay.
What happens
It starts with a free video call with the surgeon, not a form-filling appointment with a consultant who does not operate.
A video call with Dr Ouali. He looks at your earlobes, explains what he would do, covers the risks, and gives you your price.
Nothing is booked on the call. If you go ahead, a 50% deposit holds your date, or you can pay in full. Face-to-face beforehand can be arranged, and is charged separately.
Around 30 minutes per ear under local anaesthetic. Damaged or excess tissue is removed and the lobe closed with fine sutures. Splits are often closed with a zig-zag (W-plasty) technique to reduce notching.
Most people return to work and drive the same day. A nurse checks the incisions in the first week, and Dr Ouali reviews the result at six weeks.

Questions
Yes. The video consultation is with Dr Ouali himself, it is free, and there is no obligation. If you would rather be seen in person before you decide, a face-to-face appointment can be arranged, and that one is charged separately.
Men and women over 18 who are physically and psychologically healthy and unhappy with the shape or size of their earlobes, or whose lobes have been damaged by injury or jewellery.
It is done under local anaesthetic, so the area is completely numb. You stay awake and may feel some mild pressure, but no pain.
Yes. One or both ears can be treated in the same session. Pricing is per ear.
Scarring is minimal. Fine sutures and careful incision placement keep scars small, and most people find they fade significantly over time.
Only once Dr Ouali confirms the lobe has fully healed, usually around six to eight weeks after surgery.
Keep the area dry and do not wash the earlobes for the first three days. Avoid exercise for at least three days, sleep on your back for a week, keep phones and headphones away from the ear, and protect it from direct sun.
You pay a 50% deposit to hold your date, or the full amount if you would rather settle it in one go. There is no in-house finance.
