Dr Braham Ouali, MD, SCSD, is a UK-trained, award-winning surgeon with more than twenty years of experience. Since qualifying as a doctor in 1999, he completed a decade of NHS plastic surgery training in the UK and earned a Professional Diploma in Skin Cancer Surgery from Bond University, Australia.
Having personally conducted tens of thousands of surgeries, he is particularly known for skin surgery and body contouring, including eyelid surgery, liposuction of the abdomen, arms and legs, gynaecomastia, areola reduction and breast mini lift. He performs every operation himself.

The package price starts from £3,650 and includes the initial consultation, surgery and follow-up after surgery. The price you are quoted at consultation is the price you pay.
What happens
It starts with a free video call with the surgeon, not a form-filling appointment with a consultant who does not operate.
A video call with Dr Ouali. He assesses you, explains what he would do and what he would not, covers the risks, and confirms your price.
Nothing is booked on the call. If you go ahead, a 50% deposit holds your date, or you can pay in full. Face-to-face beforehand can be arranged, and is charged separately.
One to two hours, under local anaesthetic, as a day case. You stay awake and pain-free throughout, and go home the same day.
Gentle movement within about 24 hours, and showering after about three days. A supportive bra is worn day and night for up to eight weeks. A nurse check at around one week, with sutures usually removed after 7 to 10 days.
